A Season for Hope

A Season for Hope is one of the greatest gifts to people dealing with cancer. Chaplain and author Michael S. Barry has had countless occasions to listen to the needs of cancer patients. Review A unique gift to all cancer sufferers 19 August 2008 Rating: Posted by: Carmen Michael I have bought a quantity of this book because we all know many people who have to deal with cancer. Chapters are only 2 pages and thus can be easily digested and read on their own.The sufferer is addressed as Friend,which adds to the caring tone of the writer who deals with different situations and aspects of the journey of a cancer patient with great sensitivity and encouragement from the Word of God. This is a positive book, without claiming that every cancer patient ought to experience actual physical healing. I feel that everyone who uses the book will experience a touch from God, even if they are not the one who is the patient and especially if they are the ones who have to onlook.
