How can I change my email address?
Once you've signed in to the store (or have registered and the store has remembered you) you'll see a link, above right, called "My Details". Click on the My Profile link and you'll be able to change your email address.

Once you've signed in to the store (or have registered and the store has remembered you) you'll see a link, above right, called "My Details". Click on the My Profile link and you'll be able to change your email address.

Simply enter a new password of your choice, then your current password at the foot of the page and click 'Save'.

Help, I've forgotten my Password?
Click on the link, above left, labelled "Login" then click on the "Forgotten your password?" link in the login panel. A new password will be emailed to you. If you don't receive it, please check your Spam / Junk mail folder in case it's gone there. If you still can resolve it, simply re-register via the Register link. above left.

The MP3’s/sheet music I've purchased haven't been sent to me?
If you have purchased an MP3 or sheet music from Kingswayshop, part of Kingsway Communications Ltd, your MP3’s/sheet music will not be sent to you. They will need to be downloaded.

How can I download the MP3 files/sheet music I've purchased?
In case you missed the easy post-order download screen...

Sign in with your user name & password.
Scroll down to the panel called 'Information' on the right hand side of the screen.
Click on "Your account".
You'll be able to access previous orders and downloads from here

What’s the difference between an MP3 player and an iPod?
Nothing. An iPod is to an MP3 player what a Hoover is to a Vacuum Cleaner. Ipods play MP3 files.

What bit rate are the current downloads?
We provide 320kbs MP3s.

Do the downloads have any copy protection?
No we provide MP3’s so that not only do they work with all types of MP3 players but they also can be copied onto your phone, mp3 player and computer. Still whilst we want you to freely enjoy our music giving a copy to a friend is actually illegal and it means that we can’t afford to carry on providing such quality music for you.

Help, I didn't download the MP3(s)/sheet music when I ordered them, what do I do now?
1) Log in to the Kingswayshop website with your user name & password.
2) Go to the panel, 'Information' on the right hand side of the screen.
3) Click on 'Your account'.
4) Click on the 'My Orders' link.
5) Select the relevant order and then select the download links displayed.

I can't read or view the sheet music file I've downloaded?
You will need a recent version of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to view or print out the PDF sheet music files. This programme can be downloaded free of charge from www.adobe.co.uk

How do I print a receipt?
Click on the Printer icon displayed on the page which appears when you have completed your order.

Alternatively, if you've already completed your order or want to print a receipt from a past order:
1) Log in to the Kingswayshop website with your user name & password.
2) Go to the panel, 'Information' on the right hand side of the screen.
3) Click on 'Your account'.
4) Click on the 'My Orders' link.
5) Click on the relevant order and then simply print the screen. 

Why can't I purchase MP3(s)/sheet music from Kingswayshop if I live outside the UK/Europe?
Unfortunately, this is due to territorial rights restrictions and copyrights.

Where can I get praise & worship sheet music online if I live outside the UK/Europe?
Customers from the US & Canada can purchase and download sheet music from www.worshiptogether.com
