Using these Sheet Music Files
The songs (sheet music) you are about to purchase & download are protected by copyright, and there are important rules about how these files may be used. Therefore, please read the following information carefully.
You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view or print out the PDF sheet music files. This programme can be downloaded free of charge from http://www.adobe.co.uk

Can I print out the music I have downloaded?
You can print out the song in its various formats (words, sheet music) without restriction, provided it is for your own personal use... See below for church use.
What about printing out the words for use in my church?
You can reproduce the words (on to an OHP acetate, a service sheet or customised words-only church songbook, or a video projection system) for use in public worship provided your church holds a current Church Copyright Licence (CCL) Check your CCL for full terms and conditions, or visit www.ccli.co.uk to apply for a licence, quoting Kingsway.
Can I make copies of the sheet music for use in my church?
You can reproduce (photocopy or reprint from PDF) the music files in their various formats provided your church holds a Music Reproduction Licence (MRL). NB. This MRL is in addition to the words-only licence, and must be specifically applied for – it is not an automatic part of the standard licence. (IMPORTANT: Please report your reproduction of the music files under the heading of ’TYM Sheet Music’)
The MRL has been introduced to provide a convenient, lawful way to make multiple copies of sheet music for use in public worship. Photocopying or printing out sheet music without an MRL is still illegal. For further details, visit www.ccli.co.uk
Can I email the files to others?
We recognise that in certain circumstances it may be more convenient to email words and sheet music to other members of your worship team, rather than print off hard copies for them. However, please note that your CCL and MRL are church specific and only cover the use and reproduction of this song for use in your local church. You may not, therefore, email or copy this song in any form to anyone outside of your own local church, or post it on any website.
