CONCESSIONS
Concessions are available to full time students, under 18’s and those on Income Support or Jobseeker’s Allowance.
There are no early booking rates for concessions or day passes.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
Full payment must be made at the time of booking. Refunds will only be available before 6th November 2009 to those unable to attend the event due to illness. Refunds must be requested in writing and an administration fee of £20 (or 50% of the price for tickets under £30) will be deducted. No refunds are available for Friday evening only tickets. Any refunds applied for after 6th November will be given at the discretion of the conference director. Refunds cannot be applied for after the event.
